Using Buzz Properties does not conflict with any Sole Agency agreements you have in place.

You need a Home Information Pack if:

1.  You advertise your property since 14 December 2007. No matter what size

You don't need a Home Information Pack if:

1.  Your property has 4 or more bedrooms and you advertise your property for sale before 1 August 2007. This way you until 2008 to prepare your HIP.

Once you add your property, it will remain on the Buzz Properties website until it is sold or until you remove it yourself. There is no limit to the time your property can be listed on the Buzz Properties website.
